Good Products for Cleaning Upholstery and Engine?

EDIT: Just realized I put this in the Service section instead of wash section, my bad. If someone wants to move it feel free.

Hey ya'll,

Well the sad time has come to sell our little Yaris. It's been a great little car and it's taken my wife and I all over the place, even with a trailer attached! (Check the attachment for a little bonus photo of that). However, we like to take extended camping trips with photography, fishing, and hiking gear, and we want to be able to carry a canoe on top so it's time for a larger ride. I'm thinking about a 2015 Scion xB, but that's beside the point.

I'm giving my car a deep-clean, and it's actually pretty tidy except for the seats. They aren't terrifying, but there's definitely some stains and grunge in them that I want to clean. Wondering if you folks had any tips on what cleaners/products to buy to help get my seats back to looking sweet?

Also, any tips/tricks for cleaning up the engine bay?

Thanks!
