Spark plug gap?

What should the gap be on denso SK16R11 plugs for a 2008 HB?

1.1mm, which is what those plugs come pre-gapped as. Iridium plugs come pre-gapped, as you can easily scrape or crack off the coating while gapping them.

NGK adds the suffix '-11' after the regular plug number for the plugs gapped specifically to our specification. This leads me to believe that any without the -11, which I see at auto parts stores, may be random gaps or at least another spec.
The 11 at the end of the Denso number indicated above may be a similar code.
