Low idle under load

Hello all,
Question my 2009's idle bogs to the point of almost stalling while the lights are on and the heater is running should I just set the idle screw in the throttle body a bit or unplug the battery to reset the ECU, or something else? Thanks!

Did you by any chance disconnect or run the battery down recently? If so, then you it is likely due to the throttle position zero being off because of carbon deposits. If that is the case, cleaning the throttle body and then resetting the ECM will improve it.
