Lightbulb Burnt out light

I have a burnt out/broken (???) light in the temperature control for the ac/heater. Any ideas how to access behind it? I've circled the one in question. I smacked it the other day and it worked for the drive home, however the light is back to it's non-functioning state.

Thanks!

side plastic panels that you see in pic pop out and then you will have 10 mm screws holding stuff in ..also that will pop your radio panels
