LF rear sway bar

so I called around for TRD sway bars for the Yaris and they're apparently obsolete. Anyone have one for sale or know where I can get one without hopefully paying through the nose and/or going to / shipping from the US for it?

Whiteline is an option but more money, more complicated install/etc and maybe too aggressive for the street from what I've read.

thanks in advance.

Saddly the TRD bars have gone the way of the dinosaur in Canada. The only places left to get them are either the US or Asia.

The Whiteline bars are super pricey totally agreed on that. They're designed more for racing than street performance. Instalation is more complicated, but it's the only rear sway bar i know of for the Yaris that's adjustable, meaning it's only as agressive as you want it to be.

Still definitly overkill if you never plan on bringing your car to a track.

Your best bet is to find someone in the sale section who's selling it his/hers from Canada.

Burlington Toyota has big TRD signage in the part's department but don't carry any parts. Try Dixie Toyota or the other one in Mississauga in the auto mall.
Or order from the US but specify postal delivery. UPS will rob you blind.

Shame that Toyota doesn't offer TRD parts like this as dealer-options for the new Yaris, like they do with the Corolla, iM, etc. Just another example of the disregard/disinterest that Toyota seems to have for the North American market in general, compared to Europe, Asia, etc.

aside from the TRD Toyota brand sway bar, and this whiteline bars, is there no other option? no other companies make a sway bar for the yaris and are available in Canada?

Ultra Racing.

You'll soon learn that absolutely nothing is available in Canada.

@ WeeYari

Do you mind if ask where you usually get your parts from?
Do have any recommended websites you usually order from?

The adjustable white line rear bar is great. Installation is straight forward and definitely not too much on the street on the more aggressive setting.
