Pictures of tach

Here are some pictures of my tach installed. I followed the tach DIY, except that i didn't feel comfortable hooking up the red wire into the fuse box. I hooked it up to the foglights relay i had done. Now at least its protected with a fuse.

Been working great.

yea. I think it'd look more flush but I don't know how you'd do it.

You should get three gauge a column pillar later down the road. A/F gauge, your tach, and oil temp. thats what i would go with.

It looks nice. I think I want it exactly like that on my Yaris too. I have the same color as yours 5spBlazer. Whats the name of the tach and if possible......a link to the DIY too? I've been looking for one but my last consideration would be to go with the tachometer/scangauge......

I want it a more racy look, trying to transform it into rally look~

Thanks in advance

The tach is a Autometer 3780. www.autometer.com and you will find additional information and models. I've installed it quickly and not yet as you should wire the tach. I will post a good DIY soon.

my tach was a simple 35 dollar sunpro from advance autoparts. I just followed the tach DIY on the site. A three gauge pillar would be pointless for me. I just wanted it for smooth shifting.

I was lucky to find this autometer on craigslist for $ 60.00 new. It's a great feature, but it also adds a little sportly look. Yep I know its still a Yaris. No pilar, I agree. I do not like the look of the pilar gauges.
