Toyota Yaris 2002 1.3 vvti

Hi all
I am new to the forums . I need help with my Toyota Yaris 1.3 vvti (2002)
car was park in the garage for about a month.

It crank but won't start
no spark and
No power coming to the Coil pac.
no fuel coming to the injectors .
crankshaft sensor resistance is 1000 ohms 9 which is within specification (985 to 1600).
fuse are ok . do not know how to check Dom fuse .

any help and direction is very welcome. can't find any wiring digram in Haynes for coil pac.
