Diagnostic abilities of the ecometer

I can not wait till i get my ecometer. I work at a auto shop where i get a lot of customers that complain "my vehicle is getting bad gas milage" Now i can hook it up go on a test drive with them in their vehicle and watch thier gas milage. Then go on another drive with them change drivers and show that it is them who is the reason their vehicle is getting bad gas milage and not their vehicle that is the problem.
