Hybrid scraping/rubbing noise when turned off + neutral and pushed
Is this normal? I'm finding it very strange, got to know of it by accident, as at times I need to push the car around in the garahge without starting it. Basically if ita turned off, switched no neutral, obviously released hand brakr, car moves fine, but wheels give off a really noticable rubbing sound. Maybe another hybrid owner can give his a go for me? Would very much appreciate it.
Cheers everyone, 2013 T4 hybrid |

Might or might not be it since we have no audio, but brakes will always make a rubbing sound since pads/shoes basically just float in place when no pressure is applied. Lift up any corner of the car and spin the wheel. You will hear them dragging.

I'm extra cautious on noises and stuff, since the car's a cat D repaired. so something like this with be clear cut conclusion should I compare to another hybrid owner on here. since I don't happen to know anyone with a hybrid around
