Question on Wheel and Tire

I am about to change my tire and considering if I should get bigger size. Should I stick with my current 14" tire or get into a bigger one. 15 /16 if possible. What's the advantage?

To increase the tire size to 15 or even more, is it a must to change the wheel also ? Are wheel and tire the only factors to be consider when increasing the size of tire (may be more items needed to be change due to that?)? If yes, what are they?

Anyone could share their experience of using different size of tire on the same auto please?

Ricky
