Remove panel in front of side mirror?

Does anyone know how to remove the panels in front of the side mirrors? Black triangular piece, not part of the door. Picture if it helps: https://imgur.com/a/CgCUT

Get a trim tool or wrap a flat head screwdriver blade with tape, insert at seam and pry. They snap in and out.

I'm installing some lights in the panels. Might also be running some wires through there instead of the firewall.

So best not to do this when it's cold or the piece will shatter into several pieces. Ask me how I know :)

Ok just for future reference, it's not quite a simple pry-off. The top clip is a standard trim clip (white plastic peg type) which can be pried carefully (best not done in cold weather). Two bottom clips are integral and have a plastic bit that needs to be pushed out of the way or they will break.
