i have a MT.
this is the reason why i have connect my cc clutch switch on the white and the blue wires (the purple are in the meedle (in the fuse panel under the hood in the conductor side).

why i have connect 2x D3 connector, confusion between 2 diy.....

i go to disconnect the 2x D3 connector, and go to test!

the voltage was okay on my 4 cc switch (12v. when ignition are on).

the 2x D3 connector was my error, it was possible to theses connector cause the malfunction?

**sorry i'm very bad in english**

OK. That makes more sense.

Being connected to D3 shouldn't cause issues, except that if you are relying on that for the ground of the second wire, it will just be floating, since the other end of the connector is not connected. On you switch array, one side goes to A21-40 and the other to ground.

i have disconnected the 2 D3 wire.
I have make a road test and it was unsuccessful
it's the second day i try to make it come true.

this morning i have buy 4 new switch, re-install, re-soldering etc...
i have try with my ccclutch switch and with a jumper...

i have 12v when i put my ignition on, and 0 when it off.

and my "on" button was 1 red wire go to A21 pin 40, and the other to the kick panel (ground).

when i press "set" "resume" or "cancel" the voltage is flickering between 12 and 0v for 1 sec. approx.

i don't know what is the problem at this time...

Can you post a pic of your switch/resistor wiring?

That looks fine. And, the negative wire goes to a good chassis ground?

OK. So if you measure between the positive and negative wires, you see 12V with the ignition on, and if you hold the ON/OFF button, it stays at 0V?

Also, the clutch switch is adjusted so that it is fully pressed when the clutch is up?

OK. And just to verify:

The top switch is on/off 0 You press that once.

The switch on the right (which becomes the left when installed) is the set button. You get to 25MPH or higher and press that one (having already pressed the top one above).

exactly!

when i start my car i press the "on" button, when i go faster than 45Km/h i try to press "set" button.

i have try to just press, and keep my finger pressing this button about 3-5sec.

no result!

the clutch control switch has polarity?
the red wire on my ccswitch goes to the blue or the white wire in the fuse box in the driver side of the hood?
or nothing important?

The clutch switch is not polarized. The only other thing I can think of is that the switches are poor quality and that rather than making a clean connection when pressed that they "bounce" causing multiple ons and offs with a single press.

the switchs seem to be okay, no pulse when i push button.

i fugure that the problem are my cc clutch switch...
if my cc clutch switch are not okay, the cc are not functionnal.

i have try with the jumper in the fusebox, and unfortunately i have the same result...

i really don't know what is my cc problem, but i want to resolve that soon!

The only way to tell if the switches are bouncing is with an oscilloscope. A voltmeter is too slow.

Also, are you absolutely sure that you are on the correct pin on the ECM?

yes!
my connector was on the pin 40, i have make a re-check, and it was on the good pin.
For the switch, i have tested at this time with 14 switchs, buy at different store.
i have tested the 4 switchs mode, and the 2 switchs mode.
Actually i have 2 switch untested, i try these 2 switch after the lunch.
If the test are not okay, i pass an order for the stalk, or i pass an order for to momentary switch on an internet store....

Thumbs down

i have try my last switchs, and nothing new...no cruise control!
on my first switch i have 12,35volts.
when i push on, i have 0volts.
on the second switch i have 8,35volts.
when i push on this second switch i have 0volts.

i have 2 resistors ( 1x240 and 1x390 in serie ).

what are the best way to test my cruise control clutch switch?
i suppose that is my problem. (i have try with the jumper but, no result)
i have take a read of this 2 wires (in the fusebox, and i have no read (0volts)
when i push the clutch, i have no read ...)

if i read the white wire behind the puple wire, with the other blue wire, in diagonal i have a read of 12,33 volts.
I suppose that my blue wire behind the purple wire, are no voltage on in.

That looks fine for a test setup. Snap a pic of your clutch switch wiring at the fuse box.
