ACC Short circuit Toyota Yaris 2000
Hello,
7 days ago, my car radio in my 2000 Yaris (a brilliant first car) stopped working. I traced the problem to a blown ACC 15A fuse. I replaced this with another 15A fuse and it worked. Now, today the radio went again, checked the fuse it was blown, used my last spared 15 A fuse and replaced it and turned the car on and saw it spark, and this fuse too was blown. This leads me to believe that there is a short on the ACC circuit. Has anyone dealt with something similar or does anyone have any ideas on what I can do? Thank you. Update: Found that the cigarette lighter sits on the same ACC circuit Last edited by collision934; 11-08-2015 at 01:49 PM. Reason: Upadte |
