The Yahoo.jp auctions will be your best bet for finding one.

Are you driving the car now, or is it just sitting waiting for an ECM? If it is just sitting, why don't you ship me the bad ECM and I will see if I can fix it for you.

I think the 89661-52G10 would be fine. 89661-52B10 is for the NCP91 with the 1NZ-FE built from 05-07 and 89661-52G10 is for the NCP91 with the 1NZ-FE built from 2007-2009. Do you have a Toyota dealer where you are that would be able to deal with the reprogramming of the smart entry system (which requires the Toyota TechStream service tool to do)?

Last night I did some analysis of the ignition outputs and found that they do not go through a transistor, but rather are direct outputs from the Denso SE742 PWM Driver IC circled in the picture below. So, repairing your existing ECM would require swapping that IC with one from another ECM (it would be difficult to purchase that IC otherwise, as it is not an off-the-shelf item).

Lots of thanks for these info, helpful.
I get the car retutn from the garage. Can interchange the ignition and spark plugs to test if the third ignition is working, i want to check the wiring myself, i believe an ecu dont get damage easily, i can also buy another ecu to my ecu ic. We have a toyota dealer here they dont repair ecu but they reprogramme thats fine :) one thing gud

B00 is for the NCP91 with the CVT, so that wouldn't work for you.

Hello, CTScott..

The Diagnostic Report is:
Total Codes: 001
Code001:
P0353 Ignition Coil C
Primary
Secondary
Circuit
Malfunction

Any idea, is it concern for the ECU

My money is still on the coil pack. I would swap the #3 coil pack with one of the others to see if the problem moves to another cylinder.

No. The wire is part of the whole engine harness, as opposed to being a traditional spark plug wire.

If I was diagnosing a #3 misfire on a desert island, I would swap #3 and #4 coil packs and see if the problem follows the part.
