What music to you listen 2 in your yaris?

I'm a soon to be proud Yaris owner,I'm trying to think of what group or cd I should play in my Yaris first, who should have the honor of being the first CD that my Yaris plays? That is until I can get my Sirius player in the car :)

I'm thinking either Metallica,Ozzy,Sabbath,ACDC,?

I'm an oldie but my first CD was the new John Prine one. Very good btw.

I am surprised how good the stock system is (for a economy car). For the sedan you have to like it as it looks like it would be very difficult to put in a stereo.

No one is going to understand this.

Speaking of music, I'll be picking up my Yaris in a few days. Is there a cable included for the aux port, or will I need to buy one?

All MP3 players, etc. attach through the AUX port using a standard 1/8 inch stereo plug which you should be able to buy just about anywhere.

Cool

Forget the exact actual first CD I played... but it was trance music baby!

My Yaris lives and FEEDS on trance! Trance is key! House fuels her too sometimes! ;)

Now that I think about it, Johan Gielen was prolly the first DJ to grace my car's system! :D

IN SESSION... IN SESSION... WITH... JOHAN GIELEN !!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

Woot woot, a EDM head in the Yaris forum!

Trance is key (and house to a lessor extent!)

Okay... so this is like a two way plug? One part plugs into the MP3 player and the other end of the plug goes into the AUX port?

Afterall, the stock is made by Panasonic, not the greatest, but ain't that bad either.

Music...... I am one of those listen to almost anything that move (Anything from, Rock, Rap, Chinese, R&B, Metal, Classical, Jazz, Sports Radio, Punk, VERY lil pop, trance and basically NO country. Since I use a transmitter, I do soup it into my mp3 player and feed it into a channel that not being in use.

The first was - pardon the spam - a CD that I produced Casey Fallen.

The second was Franz Ferdinand. Death Cab, the Neville Brothers, and the aforementioned John Prine are in the next bunch.

Not too much Canadian music there from you Canadians, eh?

Yes. The ends are identical.

As for music... so far what's gotten played while driving off the top of my head is Cursive, Nomeansno (including the album with Jello Biafra), 31knots, The Constantines, The Alkaline Trio, Tool, Metallica, Studio One Disco Mix... undoubtedly other stuff I'm not remembering.

Well once I get my Yaris I will be listening to what I listen to in my 240sx.

Metallica, AC/DC, Panic! at the disco, anything good. However, I think Metallica's Fuel would be kinda funny to listen to in that car.
