Trailer with echo 2005 HB tow capacity ?

little move with toyota echo hb ?

use 3rd gear, no 4th on heavier loads

I've towed 1400+ lbs (and once over 1600) multiple times with no issues.

I have a 2012 Yaris, so these figures may be a bit different for your echo.

The Australian manual for the Yaris lists a maximum trailer weight of 900 kg (1984 lb). This is reduced to 550 kg (1216 lb) if the trailer does not have brakes.

800 lbs is well within the capability of the Echo or Yaris.

Running on standard AU 14" steel wheels (14x5 rims, 175/70R14 tyres). Added reversing camera and touch screen radio, cruise control, 16" rear wiper blade, tow bar and dash cam.
