need a few opinions please

what do you all think of these? i also want to know if these would be fine with 205/50 tires if i decide to lower later. the offset is 40.

thanks,
Michael

I think they'd fit fine, at least with a modest drop. not the most original wheel design IMO, but depending on the car could work

I think it looks good. Even better with a bit of a drop. I would think you might rub with the 205s if your lowered too far. Time attack style is a bit played out imo, but nonetheless, if you like it.

Honestly I'm really not a fan of the red ring around the edge of the wheel. If you had a red yaris I think it would work but not on silver.

Other than that I think 16"s are the perfect size for show wheels for the yaris. If you're going performance I'd go to 15"s.

they're pretty expensive for generic wheels IMO. try going a little lower on the offset too :D

I actually like the red stripe; it saves what would otherwise be another boring black wheel. If you're lowering on DF's, I'd run 195/50/16's on that offset.

205 rubber would be fine depending on the wheel offset and the planned drop.

For performance I think they just weigh too much. I agree though I kinda like the red stripe.

ya i love the red stripe and i'm hoping it will eventually tie in the red trd suspension and sway bar. i'm also thinking of going a red intake so it should tie in nice with my theme

How about something lighter though? 17.5 lbs per wheel is kinda nuts.

I understand that.http://www.wheelweights.net/ Check this link for weights of a ton of wheels. And actually, even Konig Heliums in 16x7 weigh 16.4 lbs. 16x7 is just a ton of wheel and tire. It just depends on what you are looking for.

There you go. Those wheels are only $400 more. It's worth it, especially if those are your dream wheels. Take it from someone who spent over $2k on wheels. If you really really want them, go for it. Cheaper alternatives just don't cut it. Also, there is nothing wrong with saving up and taking your time. That is how I did it. My wheels are way out of my budget, but so worth it. There are also tons of wheel looks out there. Check out Rota for some crazy looking wheels. http://www.racinglab.com/rowha.html Some very unique Rota wheels. The 15x6.5 weighs around 13 lbs.

those are a bit too showy for my taste lol. but thanks a bunch for all of your help and quick reply's. i think i will just wait and get my dream wheels after all and live without the red stripe. its gonna be alot longer before i can get wheels anyway. i currently am a college student without a job. my b-day is coming up soon and i was gonna ask for them from my parents as a combo b-day chrismas present but that didn't fly. o well, gives me time to find a job and get what i would be most pleased with.
