so what are the chances i got screwed?

Evan from Power Enterprise hasn't been on YW basically since i paid him and isn't replying to any of my messages either. So i thought i'd ask the masses, should i be worried or am i just being paranoid?

You don't have a telephone number?

I would contact the CC company until this gets cleared up.

I doubt you were intentionally screwed but some people just do not understand good business practices.

see this is kinda what i'm leaning toward. maybe he just hasn't checked his email. maybe it's been shipped but they don't feel a pressing need to let me know. maybe they are just happy selling one kit. idk. just seems to me if we all seemed a little hesitant to jump on board, this would be good opportunity to build some confidence for future potential customers. guess not.

and i don't if there's a number. he called me once but i didn't store the number right away and now its gone.

He's an authorized dealer of Power Enterprise, right? I highly doubt he wants trouble with the corp.

Don't know if you already went on the Power Enterprise Site. But maybe you could ring one of these numbers and ask for an "Evan". Im sure someone might know.

Phone: 949-752-0645 (Main)
Fax: 949-752-0646
Email: pwrusa@sbcglobal.net (OEM relations)

Contact: Power Enterprise USA Inc.

I'll put it like this.....they should be all over you right now with all types of info regarding this order. Right now, you are the main thing in there lives at this point and they are dropping the ball in so many ways. I'm not going to tell you what to do, you're an adult, but this is not the way to be a rep for a company. I'm just wondering what type of support you will be getting once you receive it? Good luck!

That's about as positive as it gets with "Evan", not the company. He does not represent his employer in the companies best interest by the way he conducts business. As I said, good luck and I hope you do get the support you deserve being a consumer.

I'd probably start contacting Power Enterprise head corp if I became really anxious. Like I said, they're probably going to give Evan hell for ignoring you.

yeah i'm not all that worried right now... i'll call tomorrow... really it's only been a few days since i paid so for all i know he's got every intention of getting back to me but just hasn't yet. still, when you order something from a company, it seems standard to let them know what the status is on shipping and all that. but whatever. if i call tomorrow and get an "Evan, who's that?" then i might get concerned. lol. anyway half the reason i bought the kit is so we'd all just finally know. guess we'll see how this all plays out. hasn't gotten off to a great start imo.

I'd be worried. Evan guy seemed sketchy from the beginning.

PE shouldn't have to call Evan to see what the deal is with your kit. They should have all the information they need when you guys made the transaction. Do they even have that information when you called them?

Did you pay "Evan", or did you pay PE?

Send a message via AIM to Sabretooth
How did you pay to start?

If it was a check, cancel that thing NOW.
If it was Paypal, start filing a fraud report NOW.

You basically handed over $3,000 + to a ex-employee of a company whom you are purchasing a product.

If PE cant get ahold of this guy, its time to start taking some form of legal action.
