evilthorne, mikes_matrix, and dnm from matrixowners.com helped w/ the installation of my megan coilovers and NST underdrive crank pulley yesterday

finally got done after about 3000 trips to canadian tire for a new crank belt....FINALLY got the right size!

1000 thank yous to evil, m_m and dnm

also note that the megan fart can is on the car too...

Congrats on installations. You didn't seem to drop your fronts much?. Im guessing you haven't played around and adjusted it fully, unless you have it that way for a reason. That XRS looks cool

lol, i got my megans for a pretty good deal off a former member...

the drop is pretty even front/rear when its not loaded, but i may drop the front a bit more

still monkying w/ the dampening...

Wow. Do you have a pic of "before" and "after" without the tools in the back?
How much lower is it exactly? How does it feel now, what do you think you've gained? Really curious, tx.

By the way, the Matrix in hot too. OK, I admit it, I still have Matrix envy from time to time.

well, the megans are all the way up in the rear and its about 1.5" drop

the fronts are about two of my finger widths from the top and its about the same drop, 1.5"

i didnt get an "after" pic of the car in profile w/o tools in the back because i wasnt really thinking about it, to be honest.

ride is lots firmer than stock, but i have the dampening currently set at 8 from hard in the front and at 16 from hard in the rear....rides pretty nice, but not comfy comfy like stock...
