08 headlight on an 09/10 5dr

Hey, I know this was posted somewhere else, but I can't find the thread. Now I know that the older headlights leave a gap with the OEM front bumper, but I saw a thread a few days back with an RS bumper and older aftermarket projector lights.

I'm wanting to do a projector swap, so I wanted to know if the the older headlights will fit the 09/10 5dr hatch without any issues, and I was hoping to dig up those pics again to see how bad the gap is and how it looks.

Thanks in advance for any help!

it should fit, as u know toyota doesnt change much on the cars, and normally people buy the latest model lights and have them fitted to older models, why going back to 08 why not fit 10

Yeah. . . I want to use the ebay specials as a template to do custom HID projector. They only fit models up to 08 due to the bumper/headlight change.

The upper rad support sheetmetal that supports the inside corner of the headlight is different on the 09~10...I have a set of 2007 headlights on my 2010, and I had to fabricate a custom bracket to support the inside corner of the lights...

Cheers
