I broke my fan switch... HELP
I broke this the other day. Please note the picture shown is not of my fan switch, but just so you all know exactly which one i'm talking about. The switch still works, but the two tiny clips that hold it in place (Not visable as it is behind the switch) have snapped off and now the fan switch has fallen in. I've taken the surrounds off and put it back in place but it keeps falling in and it's becoming a pain in the arse. Does anyone know how I would get a part number for this? Roughly how much it would cost to replace? I'm assuming I can get one of these from a wreckor. Thanks.

Do you think you could try and claim it from warranty? Could try to ask your local dealership. I know i've replaced one for a customers car under warranty last year.

I doubt it. I could try, but it was my fault, doubt they'll wear the cost of it.

What i need is behind the knob, i'd have to take off 3 trim pieces to get to it. Not going to happen.

Try epoxy glue to hold it in place.
