Sparks is excellent, so is Conocelli. Got my springs and shocks from Conocelli, and my rear sway bar from Sparks. Both were far cheaper than the local stealership's prices and delivered quickly and as advertised. Aggressive online parts marketing is capitalism as it should be.

Just installed mine today. Got 'em from Sparks also. My local dealer wanted $87+tax. Ordered from Sparks, they came in 3 days through UPS. I also ordered fog light covers and they came in already too. They have super fast shipping. I'm saving about 50% compared to my local dealers.

Where did you get the fog light covers? I am very interested in getting one as well. Thank you.

Got them from trdsparks.com. They were $19.95 each. The pair with 3 day UPS delivery from S. Carolina to New York came to just under $50.

The difference is the model year. I think there is a difference in the bumper shape. I know there is between the 08 and 09 HB bumper. Hope this helps.

I emailed Sparks and I got the answer. :D

"The difference is the manufacturer. South East Toyota can get their own parts so at times they do in order to provide their customers with different options and pricing."
