gas gauge and wiper jet spray

most two problems: with all this cold weather as anyone else had the problem than when the last bar is flashing you fill up completely and the fuel gauge doesn't correct itself?
Today I drove to work which is about and hour with traffic and it stayed flashing. Only on the way homei hit a bump and it finally corrected itself. it been the third time so far. But when it does that does the computer know that the car is full or not?

for the wiper jet spray got it replaced with the tsb but it just as bad! Does anyone know if there is an after market one i can get like the old version where you can control yourself where the spray is going? thanks

spray nozzle: try putting something under the nozzle so as to change the spray orientation. it worked for me. don't try to modify the nozzle outlet - this didn't work for me = 25$ a new one

If you mean the one that you can change the direction of the spray with a needle, then you may purchase one for a toyota echo

Get some LED jets... your car will look like it has a lazy eye. The sprayers are off kilter.
