Suzuki always sent the US the garbage cars. I wish we received the good stuff. That looks awesome.

If I could get one here, I'd have an Audi A4 TDI wagon like the one I drove in Germany for a few weeks in October...

This beast did 37+ MPG (better than my Yaris) doing 200km/h on the autobahn, handled the B-roads like a Porsche, and was smooth and comfortable the entire time!

Unfortunately, I just know the honeymoon would be over when it came time for maintenance or something broke, having owned German cars before...

It is the only rental car I've ever washed!

Cheers! M2

Nope. It is the Camry so a larger chassis/wheelbase.

The Camry is another phenomenal Toyota. Lots of space. Huge trunk. Super smooth engines. I have a 2006 2.4l as my second car, mainly driven by wife. I've had the car since 2008, its done over 230k km, and all it's ever needed fixed is one coil pack. It doesn't burn any oil either, as I've always used synthetic oil in it.

What have you been doing to that car?? My 2006 2nd gen Yaris, with150k km on the clock, is running perfectly. I've only had to change its belt. So was my 2004 1st gen, with over 220k km, until it got hit by a big Mercedes E class ☹

I mainly drove high end European cars in the past, BMW, Audi, Saab, VW, but now I'll only drive Toyota or Lexus, due to their reliability.

Suzuki, mentioned earlier, don't have good reliability stats. And currently I don't trust anything made by GM. Sad to say, although they look cool, they're not engineered anything as well as the main Japanese brands

Current North American VW/Audi reliability isn't good, and I used to be a huge fan, having owned two of each. They were solid, reliable and awesome. My cousin has now had two Jettas, which were both terrible mechanically. I'm not sure how she didn't learn her lesson after the first one, but they were really beautiful cars in all other respects.

I no longer go by the German car thing either. My BM W 528i was a total lemon and cost me thousands in repairs, although it was an awesome machine to drive. I only trust Japanese now - Toyota / Lexus to be more exact.

Yes VW's drive great, but they are unreliable money pits and a leading cause of migraine headaches. I used to own a Golf, now I own a Yaris.

This new member, aimeusdietger, decides to become a member to only post this? I found it odd.
Googled the name and it looks like there are several forums with this name and only one post.
A new kind of spammer?
Anywho, carry on.

My buddy was thinking about picking up one of those Lexus'.

Not a Jeep man, but I'd be lying if I said that black on black Wrangler isn't good looking.

those are fun cars, especially in the f sport variety. What are you looking for in a new car? The brz/86 has a unique auto that lets you use paddle shifters in a manual style that will actually not shift unless you want it to. Plus I get 32 mpg overall, but I drive like a granny.

i've been to the local subaru dealership and eyed the 2017 impreza. it looks really good and is built on their new 'global platform' which other than making it easier for them to build cars increases the structural strength a lot. having apple carplay is a big deal in my house too!

right now they are just trickling into lots and are popular based on all the buzz so i'm going to wait a few months when i have more negotiating room.
