1.4 d4d service for longevity

Hi, I'm wondering if there is anything special I should consider servicing besides the basic, like oils etc.
Should the EGR be cleaned, any sensors disassembled and stuff like that so I can get more reliable and more performance miles out of my car ? :)

Anything I should be mindful of essentially.

My yaris 1.4 d4d has 262.000 km and runs great!, Always change oil and filter at 15kkm intervals. Only problem I had was a fuel pressure sensor on the rail, 100€ for a bosch one and thats it.

I have changed the clutch but only because the pedal was very stiff.

I have also cleaned the egr and the other manifold two times
