Auto trans : Drive to Park + Handbrake : was not in park...

Sorry for my bad english I'm french.

Today at school, Complete stop, put in park , Handbrake, remove my foot from the brake, the car moved forward a little like it was in Drive with the handbrake on!
After this, I put my foot on the brake, remove the Handbrake and put from Park to reverse.... "CLANG"

Is my trans is dying? I got few strange thing:
- 1->2 and 2->3 hard shift (happened only 1 times)
- Reverse, complete stop, Put in drive....nothing...give some gas..."CLANG"
- Some jerk when park -> reverse (Since few month this problem is gone)
- And "move forward when in Park" today

If my auto trans is dying......I would like to know

You have trouble. Go to the dealer. It needs repair.

If you don't give about 1 second before putting gas going from reverse to drive, you will hear the noise/feel it.

If you don't give it about 2-3seconds from drive to reverse, you will get an even worse noise/feel, and I would assume you are causing damage.

Unfortunately its only happened twice since I owned my car.

I always wait to be sure that the trans is ready !

When Reverse-> Drive, i wait the "forward" movement before give gas
When Park -> Reverse , same as R->D, i wait the backward movement.

The jerk from P->R is when the trans was changing to reverse.
---
About the P->R jerk i got today, it totally disapear.
When back home i tried P->R and everytime the jerk was there....Now,after few hours the tranny is normal. The dealer will know about this

With 15,000 KM, Trade my Yaris for a manual is not really a good idea...
