Fog light suddenly died

My set up for my fogs are HID's and its connected to the fuse box and it shows in the cluster when I turn my head lights on but now it suddenly died, its does'nt appear in the cluster anymore and no lights in the bulb. Im just wondering maybe its the fuse or relay switch, but how can I test the relay switch if its bad or where is the fuse for the fogs?

Check the FOG fuse in the under dash fuse panel (under the bottom of the dash, just above the brake pedal).
