Hi and Low Beam at the same time trick
I have figured out this neat little trick with the Yaris years ago. It makes a world of difference at night. I also adjust my left and right head lights just a tad.
It's about time I shared this. Note: It takes some dexterity to get it right. All you have to do is move the lever inbetween the hi and low beams. If you get it just right it'll stay. I noticed the more I did this the more it stayed. In the beginning, the lever would get knocked back to low beam with just a small bump in the road. But after doing this for years, my lever now has technically 4 options. I say, mines sturdy enough to stay in place for indefinitely on typical roads. toggle hi beam hi & low combo beam lo beam hold hi beam I have done this since the day I figured out this trick back in 2008-9, and now you can have both filaments on. I Never had any had premature lights wear. no popped bulbs or melted housing. No negative consequences. I only used plain old halogen one. Not the cheapest, not the fanciest, just the most OEM looking ones.http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/ima...s/thumbsup.gif

I'm assuming you drive on a lot of rural roads and need the extra lighting? Other than that I can't image why one would need more than a simple high beam...definitely not on day to day well traveled roads.
