Bulb change in front fender oval housing

I have a blown bulb in the passenger fender side turning light. Last nite I remove the oval light housing and found out its a sealed fixed housing. Who in Toyota thought it was a good ideas to have a 194 bulb in a "sealed inaccessible housing"? SMFH The owners manual show how to remove the housing but don't say anything about changing the bulb. Am I to assume that I have to purchase a whole new housing set just to change the bulb?

Crack it open? They don't burn often as a flasher...

I believe the assembly is not expensive on rockauto.

Just found this:

I'm going to do this this weekend in lieu of ordering from China and waiting a few weeks.

oops--the car has 2 different marker light locations on each side, and it was replacing one on each side in the different locations that this Yaris needed on my first inspection.
Just now checked one of the ovals...kinda loose on the fender, and when putting back on the spring tab broke. Good to have the ebay link.
