I backed into a yellow pole and now my Yaris rear bumper is dented
Hi guys,
I was not paying attention last night and backed into a yellow pole in my parking garage. My rear bumper is dented and has yellow paint stuck on it. Can anyone suggest the best way to clean the yellow pain of a 2010 Yaris bumper (see pictures attached) or any DIY way to repair the dent. Thanks |

The paint will buff right out.

use a heat gun to heat the bumper back into shape ASAP.
then buff the paint right off and wax it after. and youre good to go as if nothing happened! |

Dismount the bumper to bang the dent out from inside. MI forums will have the shop manual for exterior.

Is the Yaris bumper made of a soft enough plastic that a heat gun can pop out the dent? anyone have a video of this they can share? thanks |
