I was running negative four degrees camber on my fronts, so why only the mild options?

very simply because there is no demand , and the set up cost's ,
would be more than what anyone would pay for them.
But if you really want 4 degrees , i would be more than happy to
make a set for you .

Offhand, can anyone advise the factory rear camber setting for an '08 sedan?

The reason we didn't do the camber added spacers was this exact reason. Far too many options which would increase the overall cost/retail price of the product. Since a shim/washer can achieve most camber settings.

be glad to help if i can.
