i figured out that the clutch doesnt engage at idle so the little red light doesnt light up until u start hauling ass

mainly just me and one other guy. i had other friends stopping by periodically through the night. my friend did about 70% of the work and i probably did 30%

now on to the bad news.

while out running errands yesterday the nut holding the tensioner pulley on vibrated loose and the pulley came off and is now somewhere on the side of 301 in my hometown. we didnt tighten it enough when adjusting the belt tension. also the same thing happened with the bracket that holds the dip stick to the supercharger. about to pm cali yaris about possibly getting the 2 pieces from blitz

we towed the car back home on my flat bed trailer and as a temporary solution we picked up an idler pulley from a car parts store and threw it on is working but i dont feel comfortable not having the part blitz designed for this kit.

i just hope they dont want an arm or leg for it.

if i can even get one.

but the car is still running and i drove it today with no issues. but i never went WOT

also i put loctite on the nut that vibrated loose. that son of a bitch has a lot to go through in order too come off again.

i was going to record bits and pieces of the install but it was so cold in my garage that my camera died very quickly

I can get these parts from Blitz -- but mostly they have to get them from Japan so it might take a little while.

Congrats whooppeee on your install, even with the issues.

can't wait to see it in person in april. ive already started to go through my stockpile of parts that i want to get rid of in anticipation of getting bit by the boosted bug.

It was a great eight year run, but it was time to focus on other things. I'm still selling parts on eBay under micro*image seller ID and customers can still make requests for anything specific.
