2015 Yaris

[
Here's the refreshed 2015 Yaris, which will indeed be built in France. Canada is getting it, complete with a six-speed manual (still using a four-speed auto and the 1NZ-FE). Will it come to the U.S.? I'm guessing so. But that begs the question: What about that joint venture with Mazda to build the next Yaris on the Mazda2 chassis?

How do you know that is not a Mazda chassis under there? Or maybe Toyota came to its senses and is not going that direction with the Yaris.

Do you think there is any chance that for the 2015 Model Year for the U.S. that Toyota won't embrace either of these options and will instead not make any changes (2015 Model Year essentially the same as the 2014 Model Year) ?.....Or does this announcement portend that the likelihood of that happening is virtually nil, and Toyota will either take one of the options discussed earlier in this thread, or offer no 2015 Model at all (as Honda did for 2014 with the Fit) ?

In black and lowered the 2015 will look sweet and with 6 spd would make for a fun ride...i do agree the front end is little over the top in black it would make it less in ur face with that lower grill.

I wouldn't get too excited. even if we do get it, that pic is most likely of the SE version.

I think its just as likely that the 2015 in the U.S. will be the same as the 2014.

I will wait patiently for a few years to find a totaled one so I can stuff that 6 speed in my 2013.

Love it or hate it, I still see its Asian influence despite it coming from France.

Toyota and Mazda are still definitely proceeding with the collaboration which should materialize for the 2016 model year. This refresh is the same Yaris with just an "update" until the the all new Mazda built sub-compact arrives.

It's quite possible that N. America won't see this facelift, or we will see a different version. I too prefer the current front end. No need to change it for one, maybe two more years of life.

the 3rd gen came out in 2012. 2015 is about time it gets a facelift.. The Yaris will get 2-3 more years of life after the facelift.

The front is ugly, plus I won't buy a Yaris if it comes from France. I love Japanese-made cars.

It's not you that will stop Yaris sales in North America. Pretty sure many had the same comment when the corolla production have settled in Canada back in 1988..
