"Front Under-Bumper Spoiler and Rocker Panels"

I called honolulu servco (mapunapuna) yesterday and asked how much it costs for the front lip and the side skirts of the S kit that is available for the yaris (2008).

Well first they called the front lip a "front under-bumper spoiler" and they wanted $650 or something around there. RIDICULOUS. However, when I asked about the side skirts (rocker panels is what they call them) they said they are only 85$ each or something. I assume they don't come painted, but that doesn't seem that bad of a deal for side skirts.

I might end up purchasing the rocker panels and sport those for awhile. Then when I end up turboing the car I might get a different front bumper that will expose the intercooler better.

But for now I must save up for richard's intake manifold, then possibly the side skirts.

rocker panel cover is just another name for side skirt as they cover the rocker panels. and the front lip is very pricey, i can pick it up for around $230 in the U.S was the S model the same in hawai.

Yes it is the same model in hawaii. Are you sure you can get it for that price? How would we work this out? I pay you, then you tell them to ship it to my address? or would you have to ship it. I'd have to have a shipping quote before anything.

Hey peterpoop, Im a newby on here but I got the prices for the 08 S kit. The front spoiler part number PZ321-52003 is $382.91, side skirt PZ321-52005 is $374.11 each side, and the rear bumper spoiler PZ321-52004 is $482.05, all come non-painted. I bought a 2007 yaris hatch, vandalize and insurance total it and was thinking about making it into S model but the 09 kit look way better so changing plans. So I just bought the 09 bumper to add on the spoiler later.

ah thanks man. yah i was wrong about the rocker panels (sideskirts) being 80$. I don't know what the lady was talkin about, but they were way more expensive the last time i checked. And now that you confirmed the prices, that seems correct.

How much was the 09 bumper? I kinda like that one better than the 08. The 08 is subtle a nice, but the 09 looks a little more sporty. People either love or hate the 09 front lip!

The 09 front bumper is about $198, plus you gotta buy the top and bottom grill which is different from the 08 and the fog light cover. Oh and the tow hook cover, which is like $15 non painted. Didnt buy the grill yet so and fog light cover yet so not to sure on that. But will order it on monday. Yeah the 09 bumper is more sporty looking, I like it better than the 08.

No, the top grill and bottom grill is a little different so you practically have to buy the top and bottom grill, and the tow hook cover. I was putting the cover on today and the headlight is different too. So, if you want the 09 bumper, you have to change the headlight too. So, I got those on order. and also installing aftermarket fog light. Ill take a pics to show you once Im done. The fog light cover is different too, but you can use the 08 fog and buy the 09 cover.

wow. are you purchasing all OEM stuff? Seems pricey. Is your insurance covering this because of the vandalized thing?

I work at a repair shop, so I get all the wholesale price from toyota. I bought the vehicle from insurance and gonna make it my daily driver. So you looking at 300 for 09 headlight, 200 for bumper, 150 for grills, 09 fog cover $23 each, and painting. And yeah its all OEM, to new for aftermarket.

Don't you have to get new headlights if you put on the 2009 front bumper? I notice a slight difference in the 2009 versus earlier models.

Yes, the headlight is different. I just found out that the radiator support is a little different too. Because the 09 light mount to a bracket that the 07 support does not have, but can do without. Ill take some pics to show you guys. I just got my lights in a friday. But yes you need to buy the 09 headlight if you gonna change to an 09 bumper, because the bumper mount onto the 09 headlight.
