Please help me to identify this part

Please help me to identify this part, what is it called? and part #? It's on top of the positive battery terminal. I accidentally broke it when try to unscrew the corroded nut.

It is two parts:

The block, fusible link is the black part: 82620-52050
And, the clamp is: 90982-05054
