Question Guide me, Yaris world!

It's been a while since I've been on here (so that's good), but I'm experiencing a little issue. Perhaps someone here can give me some guidance and get me in the right direction.

This is an issue that I've been experiencing for a while now, but since I was driving far less the past few months, I didn't really notice it much. I feel the car tugging from time to time, most notably after I come off the gas. BUT tonight I was feeling the tugging while I wasn't on the gas at all. I tested it out a few times on the ride home just now.

I would not be stepping on the gas and I can feel that the car was tugging just a bit as it was rolling, then it'd loosen back up and feel a bit more normal. It was as if I was rolling through a big puddle of glue, but then got through to the other side. I have no lights on the dash showing any issues.

tl;dr - car tugs a bit when not stepping on the gas.
