just bragging
Well I was going to brag until I saw the Yaris with 450k miles. Anyhoo. 120,000 and it runs just like it did the day I bought it. 1 accessory belt. 2 sets of spark plugs. Recently installed Hankook Optimo 100k mile tires. Still on the original brake pads. Mobil 1 every 10k, with a filter change every 5k. Gotta love it.
I have had a bunch of nice cars and my Yaris beats the heck out of them. Just got my issue of Motor Trend. Are they clueless or what regardind the Yaris? The money I have saved owning the Yaris has allowed me to start shopping for a Z06. Yaris during the week. Z06 on the weekend. Thanks yarisworld and Toyota! |

LOL...you must be quick on changing the filter before losing oil! Shouldn't that be the other way around....change oil every 5k miles with a filter change every 10k miles?

Ive practically got it down to a quick science. I lose a minimal amount of oil and just top off what I do lose. My Blackstone analysis tells me my oil is good for at least 10k. |
