Is that real, or Photoshop?!
Can you tell us a bit about the car, like where you go with it and any parts faliures or replacements along the way?

Yes mazilla, please shed some light!

It's not that we don't believe it but proof must be given.

In fact, we do have another member with nearly identical mileage on his '07 sedan. You may have him beaten slightly if this was 4 months ago.

Courier I'm guessing?

Barely hit 73K after 3 years, and as of last year doing 200 miles a week + long drives to Auto-X and Time Attack runs. This time next year for sure. Give me time, baby.

09 bought 8/7/09, currently at 55,600 miles. If I stay in the job I have now, I should hit 100k in around a year and a half...

It's not photoshopped, however I did have a malfunction with the fuel gauge and I thought it was a problem with the display so I swapped that gauge with a Junkyard special...now my odo shows 200k.

I bought this car 4 months ago(for 2500) from a courier company that I purchased. They had a fleet of yari(is that the plural form of Yaris?). The odometers on the 20 or so 07-08 hatchbacks ranged from 350k-500k.

The only real details I have for thiis particular vehicle are 1. It was serviced every Sunday(along with the rest of the fleet) as they put about about 500 miles a day on this one. 2. The engine was swapped between 200k-250k miles ago. They had some engine problem and it was cheaper/easier to just swap in another motor.

Currently the car runs like a champ....

DEALERSHIP?

How could they sell used cars with that many miles on them?

What they want them for?

I'd buy one for bragging rights.

And to see how far I could take the mileage.

Carmax came and got them all in one shot. They'll probably go to other commercial operations, as a fleet vehicle they are easy/cheap to maintain.

The only thing is the 60k mile valve clearance adjustment.

But you never hear of people adjusting them.

You never hear of problems...

150K club

About to turn 150000 mi on my 07 Yaris Sedan auto. Did a water pump at 100K, (started squealing) and an alternator (replaced with used 2009 alt) at 110K. Other than that, its just been routine oil changes, serp belt, trans flushes, tires, filters, etc. My center console has a split down the middle. My a/c is out too because of road debris through the condenser. Still have original brake pads on it.

foxfab, Im so sorry to hear of your problems with your Yaris, mine has 185,300 on it and I have had to replace nothing, and no cracks either. Planning to pick up another yaris as I am so impressed with them, I hope my second one will be as awesome as the first.
