Double Din adapter with pocket

Sorry if this has been covered already, but I couldn't find the info.

Can you flip the Metra single din with pocket adapter upside down, so the radio is on the bottom/pocket on top?

Thanks.

No, the brackets won't line up properly.

thanks... is there one out there that has the pocket on top... The metra site is giving me errors, and I'm not familiar with any other brands.

Metra's pocket sucks!

I HATE the fact that *only* metra makes dash kits and that they *only* come with that useless, ugly, POS pocket! I finally covered the pocket on mine, covered all the metra plastic with fake CF and put a couple of LEDs where the pocket was.
Now I just need to think of something to hook the LED up to! hehe
