Does the foglight indicator on the Instrument Panel come on? Do you hear a click when you turn on the switch?

Try connecting the Pin#2 as shown on your attachement on connector D4, if the lights come on then the problem is with the switch wiring.

That pin#2 was accoding to page 6 of the file you attached here, but according to above (which is the correct numbering) ground the wire in pin#3 (second from the left, top row).

what exact that does anyway? I thought that is the signal or turn on the power for the fogs...there is one ground from the switch already hook up. I will give it a shot and see how it goes.

Pin#3 is the the ground wire to the relay switch, if your lights turn on then it means you are good with the lights, lights wiring and relay.

no cigar...after I ground the pin#3 the light from the fog switch is on when I turn on my headlights but when I push to turn on the fog the light on switch turn off. Also I just found out my left signals are not working...where is the fuse for that? May I blew the fuse somehow..I checked the bulbs front and back they look fine...can\t find the fuse for the signal lights. :(

They both operate off of the 10A HAZ fuse (in the under hood fuse panel). If that fuse is blown then neither should work.

damn...check that 10a haz fuse and it looks ok...only the left signal doesn't work the right side is ok. When I flick left it make a really fast sound like tick tick tick...I even checked the fuse Tail 10A under the driver left leg in the car and the fuse is ok too...freaking frustrated

If it makes a fast tick tick then either the front or rear bulb is blown.

Or the output of the flasher module is not getting to the bulbs. Besides checking the bulbs, wiggles the wires on the stalk connector while the flasher is on and see if it starts working.

Also, if you can snap pics of your connections in the under-hood fuse panel and at the stalk, we might be able to make more sense out of what is going on.

Where is that flasher module and connector? Here is the picture of my fuse panel under the hood.

Hang on - How did you connect the fogs under the hood? You don't have the two fog light wires installed in the connector next to the fuse puller?
