The only place to top out is the track.

I forget which F1 driver said this, but I think it was Alain Prost who said the driving is not a competition to see who can get there the fastest, but it's team work to help everyone get there alive!

Why is it everyone feels that they need to make comments and try to babysit peeps on a forum anyway? I mean I am not trying to be an ass, but if you think about it making the comments does not enlighten the peeps posting and I am willing to bet many times it fuels their fires....just MHO...

Now as for burying the needle....I have yet to do so myself....been close (yes I was in a controlled environment).

in no ways are we trying to discourage anyone from posting, but just to make things safer for them and everyone else. i means, i bet it's easier to lose control going 120-124 mph.

it's easy to lose control going 60... let alone 120-124.. it's easy to lose control anytime, esp. if there are obstacles in the way but hey, i'm not here to judge... much.

Nice! i havent taken it to the limit yet.

actually our cars have pretty good agility..was doing bout a 100mph give or take a few miles..on hwy 101. this jetta decided to change lanes just as i was approaching..swerved to my left without braking and felt no body roll..was in total control. and yes i did check to see if there was a car next to me before doing so...
