DIY Requests.

Need a DIY on something.. Post what you need and we'll try to get something made up :)

There was a host of information as far as DIY before the hack.. unfortuneatly we lost a bunch of them. If you remember something that was really useful post what it was and someone will try to redo the DIY!

restore, rebuild !

Thanks guys!

after some wiring for a stereo install, im now getting a weird noise from somewhere in or around my dash, sounding like somethings loose or moving slightly, very subtle yet annoying as fu** sound. I remember someone posting a DIY I believe on getting rid of this "dash noise"

I may be mistaken, but lets hope not.

More so like something is rubbing. I know nothing is moving around, and the best i can describe it is rubbing or pressing down on some rubber/plastic. Lol I know that prob doesnt help much. Ill take it apart tom and see if I can figure it out.

Threre is a 21 page TSB on this issue: T-SB-0304-08 (Upper Instrument Panel Rattle).

I have a copy of it. If you PM me with your email address I'll shoot you a copy (it is ~8MB).
