The threaded rods will be in any day now and I'll take a pic of the complete kit... but it's just basically the spacer, a stock intake manifold O ring gasket, 5 smooth flange nuts, and 5 long metric threaded studs.

The studs and nuts look like this...

...and the gasket looks like this.

The CNC designer perfectly replicated the same exact gasket groove profile as the stock intake manifold to insure a reliable leakproof seal.

Hey Tooter.....Let me get the funds transfered over to checking and I'll get one to you ASAP. One more question....you had mentioned that one hose had to be lengthened to fit on the tooter. Can you point out which one in one of the pics showing the tooter installed? Got to figure out a clean way to do that. Thanks

Edit: Also are you using Loctite on those studs and without me having to look, what is the torque setting and tightening sequence?

There's no rush, Klink. I'll likely be doing more small production runs if needed.

Sure. I'll post some close up pics when I get some time off work. From running the aluminum tooter intake manifolds, my hoses were all switched around so what you'll see will have no relation to the stock setup!

I've never torqued the intake bolts and didn't use any locktite on the longer spacer studs. I just go by feel and snug everything down evenly with a few sequential passes. With all of my intake experiments I've likely taken more manifolds off and on than anyone else here and have never had any issues.

Someone just sent me money for one, but I have no idea what his screen name is, or whether or not he's on the list.

So to avoid any more complications, right now there are four spacers still available, and from now on it's first come first served.

I'll just keep everyone posted on any changes in spacer availability in this thread.

Hey Rex,

I should have time to take some pics tomorrow.

There's no longer a list and right now there are four spacers in stock.

Take Care,

what affect will this spacer have in conjunction with your intake manifold/

will this spacer fit in the engine compartment for cars that already have your intake manifold?

Yeah, I was thinking of the same thing... but a spacer won't fit because the tooter intake manifold already occupies the free space between the engine and the radiator...

However, the tooter runners are already one inch longer than the stock runners, so it's like having a one inch spacer already built into it.

Here's what I did with the coolant hoses...

simply disconnected them from the throttle body and connected them together with a coupling until I get some longer hose pieces to put them back on.

Then I just hung the loop over the fittings on the throttle body...

I don't live in a cold area so having a heated throttle body isn't much of an issue. That's why it doesn't matter if the car runs like this.
