You can install it yourself, though u just need to take off the front bumper and just rewire it.......

or go to your local toyota dealer.....

Where did you pick up a set of fogs in Perth, or did you get it off EBAY?

If I had or found a way to get a pair of fogs I would get it installed it at either AutoBahn or XSpeed.

Ah nice...

If you ever consider HIDs you gonna have to change those bulbs to match the color of the HIDs...

How the beam look like...? Pencil beam or does it spead widely and lit up the area where the normal beam doesnt lit up?

Coz I'm thinking about getting one for a while already...

Does yours include the fog light covers? They cost $45 bucks quoted OEM...

And how much did it set you back for the installation cost?

Cheers

the price i pay is just for the set and wiring

they face a problem with the wiring cause the end was not the same as the genuine

so they have change the wiring some how to fit the car

i don't acyually remember how much did it cost me to install them

but it was extremly expensive job

by the way

are there H11 Bulbs 6000K?
and where can i found them?

I got a set of these off ebay and installed them myself. It took about 3hrs all up because of the amount of stuffing around you have to do to get to the wiring near the ECU.

You don't need to remove the front bar to install these at all. I just unbolted the splash guards and inserted the flights in from behind. Only 1 screw needed per side to bolt them in. Quite well engineered there.

Running the wiring and switch is very straightforward and 99% of the panels on the interior you have to move are just clipped in and come off by hand when coaxed gently. One bolt is removed for the entire central/rear console in order to route wiring nicely.

The hard part is using the quick connectors on the ecu wiring. Firstly its impossible to see the wires. You have to use a mirror to find the wires. Next they are taped together so you have to remove the factory tape somehow. I used a scalpel and a mirror and some strange awkward hand movements...

Eventually you find the wires and then you have to stuff around some more and click the quick connectors on to them, all while using a mirror to see wtf your doing behind the dashboard... This is the worst part by far.

The kit I had also had poor instructions with respect to which wire went where behind the ECU.

They said:

Connect wire (B) to purple wire. Then connect wire (W) to purple wire.

I had a blue and a green wire ... which out of B and W is Green? Well if you guessed "W" since "B" means blue you'd be wrong. Apparantly B means Green and W means blue........

Anyway im confident i could do it again in half the time knowing the ins and outs now.
