Kauai Yaris sneak peek

Whats up guys. Just got my new wheels today. I'll post up better pictures later, but here's a quick picture:

Enkei RPF1's, 17x7+43, 205/40 Yokohama PS2 tires. Hopefully the wind up mauka dies down tomorrow so I can go test them out.

Mauka is Hawaiian for "toward the mountain." We usually use Mauka (mountain) / Makai (sea) to describe general directions instead of north/south/east/west.

Na Pali Coast State Park is awesome and unforgetable! Saw that on a helicopter (Island Helicopter) when we in Kauai 3 years ago. Allow me to share you some pics of the "Holy Mountain".

Car is on Tein S-Tech springs. I agree with you on the dropping thing, especially since every car I've had got dropped. More pictures will be coming soon.

I'm using the village computer, only got five minutes left, lol. Other cars in the garage make it hard to get the whole Yaris in the picture without resorting to funky angles.

bummers you are on kauai. i wanted a nice car like that in oahu. i went to kauai for a spring break with a few friends. we went to "secret beach". It had like 2ft shorebreak and the beach was beautiful. i know it gets crazy when the waves are big, but when we were there it was PERFERCT!

In car test video:

http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v6...rent=Test2.flv

I've had this camera mount setup for a while; I finally tried it out it the Yaris. Nothing fancy like the Peterpoop video, and reduced quality so it didn't take all day to upload. I think the rattling is the power cord hitting the camera. I have some ideas of different mounting points to try later on as well.

Just like riding in the passenger seat! Is it me or do the roads seem kind of narrow?
I love it though! Any long road without traffic lights are a dream.
