i also wanted to run a rotrex, and i have a GE manifold. on the intake tubing it would be difficult to plumb from the stock location due to the runners being extended. you'd have to run it over the valve cover or maybe straight down. it would be a lot of custom piping...

i was thinking that too, but the throttle body sure gets in the way. it'd look cool, but youd have to smash the pipe. relocating the TB could be an option since it's pressurized it might not affect the plenum pressure since t's constantly being pressurized. you'd need to do some research on TB placement....

Free bump! Our engines and pretty robust and torquey already so I can just imagine how it'd feel with this installed! Maybe post a video before removing it completely?

Good luck with the sale!

Yeah I tired to install a golden eagle manifold. Would not fit. Hits the plumbing for supercharger like mentioned above. Doesn't really matter that you can't have the golden eagle in my honest opinion. Running stock intake manifold works just fine.

Since the only difference between his '07 and your '10 are the bumpers and lights, I'd say with absolute certainty that yes, it is compatible.

Yup. 1.5L good to go. It comes with tuner software. I never messed around with tuning. I ran it on preset Power Enterprise's conservative tune from the get go. Just need a laptop and serial to USB cord and access to a Dyno so you know what your getting out of the many different maps in PCON. On conservative tune was running close to 150 hp on 91 octane. Ran a lot better on ethanol free 91 if you have it available.
There is tons of life left in this kit. Night and day difference in performance. Like it wakes up the 1.5L.

How much of a pain is the wiring? I'd heard instructions came in Japanese.. Should be a direct fit for a 2012 SE?

If you have a 1.5L should be. Wiring is not to bad if you have some mechanical skills. I took pictures of where each wire from p con to ecm goes. I will be more than willing to help whomever needs it on installing them in correct places. Yeah I got translated version of instructions. So I did have to call power Enterprise a few times for clarity of some of the literature. But they were super friendly and helpful.

The addition of just a few lbs of boost on our motors is amazing! I had the Blitz S/C on mine for about 4 years. Drove it hard every day and broke lots of parts, but it was incredible when it was running well.

I hope you find someone who can use this kit. It's used, so that makes a lot of people shy away. The asking price seems fair compared to what a new one costs, but most owners are really hesitant to sink that kind of money into an upgrade for their econobox. I bought my Blitz kit for $1500 about 5 years ago, for reference.

Does the compressor have a Rotrex model number on it? There are rebuild parts available for the compressor if it's worn or in need of repair. For reference, a new compressor costs as much as you're asking now, but would essentially give you a new system. As much as it sucks to take the loss on it, maybe you could sell the kit separately?

The supercharger is a Rotrex. It only has 30k on it. It is far from needing a rebuild. Those who are familiar with rotrex I know what I'm talking about. Wouldn't make sense to sell the kit separately.

For the sake of argument the Power Enterprise kit a better kit than the blitz. Puts out more power more tuning options and Rotrex is a more efficient unit than the twin screw blitz.

The price I'm asking for this kit is more than reasonable. Practically giving it away in my honest opinion.

As far as driving hard I didn't. I just wanted a little extra power on on ramps and passing on freeway. I drove it respectfully.

I know your trying to help crankyoldman but you had the blitz not a PE kit. They are different in a lot of ways.

I wouldn't listen to the crankyoldman if your thinking about buying this kit and worried about having problems. Rotrex units are a Tier 1 performance product and will out last and out perform the best of them. I changed the oil like instructed at 20k and inspected the whole system because I'm anal like that and everything is tip top on it.
