as an ignorant canadian, i am wondering why won't your insurance cover it? what is the point of having health insurance then?

It's getting scary how many people are getting skin cancer younger and younger. My 13 year old cousin had it as well.

Sorry to hear that That is bad news indeed. Insurance just takes your hard earned money and doesn't want to give it back! Screw the basters!

That sucks man, im sorry to hear that. Skin cancer is a very common problem since alot of people dont worry bout the sun and its effects. My dad has had to have several spots removed for the same thing, but all is well now. I hope everything works out for the best! Just bought my car so no extra $ to throw in right now, sorry.

Take the insurance company to court... depending on how much the amount in dispute is over, they will fight it or just give it to you...
