Everything old is new again. In the 70s, there was a 6-wheel F1 car, did okay. Nothing complicated about the geometry, I set one up on a mobile crane nearly 40 years ago, now every highway has a truck with 4-wheel steering.
Not a lot of surprises if one uses proper Ackermann arrangements, something that is missing on my Yaris they depend on the tires to make the adjustments to radius requirements! |
