maybe they are based close to PA... and not TX

EDIT: maybe you did the process incorrect.... when I first tried to calculate shipping it only wanted to calculate for 1 filter.... then i realized that I had to increase the order of filters, then push "update basket" then push calculate shipping.... You weren't adding 1 filter multiple times to your cart were you? If that was the case... it might calculate shipping as if it were shipping multiple packages instead of one big package.

I just punched in 5 filters to Eugene,Oregon and it came to $36.44 or $7.29 per filter after shipping.

shipping for one filter was like $8.xx, for 5 filters was literally cents more (I think it was around 50cents more for the additional 4 filters).
I'm going to take a shower, then head to the autoparts stores to see what they have for my car... If they can give me a filter for $10 or under. If they can't, i'll make a purchase on this site. Course... I'll also be asking to look at the physical filter media before buying locally... needs to be halfway decent quality.

As I mentioned before, once I get them, I'll pull out my Toyota filter and take some pics of them side by side and post 'em up. See if we can see a difference.

nope..sorry I changed the number to 9, clicked on update cart, and then typed in zip code. Over $16 for shipping. You said it yourself, "bigger package." The bigger a package is, the more it is going to cost to ship it. Thats with any order with any company.

Still wondering how you are getting the filters for $4 with free shipping?

What do you do to breath when you step out of the car? Gas mask? I guess they keep the mice out of the evaporator.

it keeps dust out of the car. don't need to wipe pollen and dust off the dash
nearly as often as without a filter. it cuts DPM and diesel soot.

they turn black in months. they sure do clean -something- out of the air.

I don't know yet. Waiting for the cabin air filters. You could also give them a call asking about the headlights and get a "feel" for their Customer Service. Just a thought... I did send them an e-mail via their web page Contact Us section and they replied within about 6 hours. So far so good.

Again, I did NOT order 9 of the SAME filters. I have TWO toyotas. Not both are a yaris.

Shipping was $13 something for my shipment, NOT over $16

ok, but you quoted me on post 18. Go back and read it. It says you imply I only paid $4 a filter. I merely said I do not have 2 yaris cars, so maybe thats why your math doesnt add up.

If you dont believe me, my zip is 17404. Plug that in for your shipping zip.

Plug FIVE yaris sedan filters in.
Plug FOUR scion tc filters in.

ADD UP all those numbers and you get a total. Pretty simple math bro.

5 Yaris filters = $27.65
4 tC filters = $14.68
Shipping = $14.15
TOTAL = $56.48

As you can see I added up all of those numbers and I got a total. It was $16.48 off from what you said it was, bro.
