Result of fender rolling? Is fitment of side skirts affected? Looks like you've introduced a good 1/4" in total length from leading edge of front fender to rear fender based on that fender to rocker panel gap.

Yes its from pulling the fender out lol, its not a side to side gap really its pulling up away from the body, when you press it back in it makes a pretty tight seam like it used to. No effect on side skirts fitment.

Sometimes I hate these damn sedans. Idk why but since removing any last hardware I had in my rear height adjusters, my rear height had my fenders sitting like a mm below the lip protector of my tire, as seen in the pic below

Now that my springs have had time to settle, the ride height is actually getting taller, I have no idea why. It seems the sedans have such a hard
time getting low, our rear bumpers angle up so high and i cant bring the shock towers as low as I want.

I am already running 130 mm 5" springs. I purchased a pair of 4" 11k springs from Garm lets see how those do.

I know this is theoretically not possible but could my shocks being too long have any effect on my ride height? My passenger shock is about 3-5mm shorter than my driver just by error and it sits slightly lower even never having a passenger.

Been working on my side skirts for a few weeks and finished them Wednesday. Not perfect but for backyard rattle can work and having little painting experience, I am impressed. I'd say about 8/10 considering some minor defects in the primer coats and a duller gloss. Installing today so I will have them for Cars N Beaches this weekend.

On a less light note, stacking camber shims in the rear has caused me some issues with toe. My camber is extreme but the toe is way off and is causing some bad wandering on the roads and horrible tire wear. After only 3k miles or less at -6 degrees my tires were barely worn, after adding the second shims and driving about 250 miles my passenger rear is almost ready for a flip.

Only thing you can do at this point is get an alignment, find out the toe, take the shims to a machine shop to have shaved down and put back on. Should correct most if not all of your toe if done correctly.

Cool thanks for the tips, I know you know your s*** when it comes to show ready lol. Today at install time makes over 2 days of straight curing in the FL heat so they should be ready to go, I plan on sanding them slightly and waxing/polishing them too.

Removing and machining the shims is something I was trying to avoid at all costs lol its going to be a big dent in my wallet and i have the hardest time finding machining shops around Tampa that do small time work lol

Cheaper to have the shims machines than it is to replace / flip tires every 2 months.

Did you make sure they both ended up on the correct side? I flipped mine on accident a while back and screwed up brand new tires on the rotiforms lol. you also might be able to put the top ones on the wrong side to possibly even the toe out. Sadly you'll need a whole day at an alignment shop with a bag of tools :p

LOL yeah I am going to try messing with the setup tomorrow, Im just going to throw them all around the car and see how it effects the toe. I can tell by eye and by feel while im driving so it should feel much better once I find the correct pairing. If not im just going back to the single -5s, I drive this car way too much to get 1-2k miles out of a set of tires.

More parking lot pics, the day after Cars n Beaches 5. Cleaned up with skirts finally on. It rained within seconds of the skirts going on so some of the adhesive on the double sided tape got messed up, no biggie ill remedy it
